Welcome!

My name is Xanthe Katsouras and from a young age, I have had an active imagination and a curiosity to learn and discover more, as well as a passion to be a great communicator. I said to a dear friend and mentor (who has seen transitioned to otherworldly adventures), when I was in high school, that a job where I got to talk with people all day would be ideal. It is no surprise then, that I would end up studying Psychology, Astrology and Massage, as well as passion and interest in Quantum Physics, Consciousness, Art. I enjoy being at the Leading Edge of Consciousness, exploring potentials for creating a more expanded and grander expression of Self, that enables Joyful Living.Throughout my life I have always found myself embracing and accepting ideas such as a mind/body connection, reincarnation, spirituality, and other such ideas. Beginning my explorations in those areas at a young age. 

My fundamental belief/knowing is that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience. 
Within that, some of us are choosing to act as if this is true and others not. Both choices and many in between, are valid. There is no right and wrong, better or worse, bad or good, simply different perspectives and experiences. We are all rowing our canoes along the river of life!

We draw to us the experiences that we need, to enable us to move towards who we really are.
The choices are ours to make. At the beginning very few of them are conscious. For often, we are operating from old programs, conditioned beliefs, perspectives and patterns. Sometimes we get stuck and find it hard to get unstuck on our own. We are no longer satisfied with the old, yet aren't quite sure how to move towards the new. 

In times of change the old is no longer able to sustain us, the new hasn't quite arrived and we are more often than not, moving through a no man's land that feels very uncomfortable to our human self. Bringing together human and divine aspects can be overwhelming. 
Like Dorothy we yearn to head home but we aren't quite sure how to get there. We have forgotten many of our gifts, the truth of who we are and those around us (often just as lost) may not be able to help us. I facilitate a process that enables more conscious choices, awareness and the ability to recognise and accept the beauty of who you really are.
